Q: I notice [Asclepius] is trying to get access to the internet. Is it normal?

Asclepius requires internet access only for the purpose of checking for software updates. Asclepius Photo Network is a growing project and we'd like to provide our users with the latest of our works. We ensure that Asclepius does not send out any information during the process.

Q: I try to register but I don't get any email reply...

For Asclepius 1.0 and 1.1 users, there maybe problem if you register through the automatic reminder dialog that shows up when Asclepius is starting. Please use the registration utility under the "Tools" menu instead. Alternatively please install version 1.2 or later. The Asclepius Team would like to apologize for any inconvenience thus caused.

Q: After installing [the new version] I see more than one [Asclepius] icons...

During setup there's a choice between installing Asclepius for "everyone" and "just me". If this selection is different from the one you've selected when installing previous version, a second icon will show up alongside the old one. In case this happens simply delete the old icon from your desktop to avoid confusion.
